The THIS IS IT Team is committed to helping new Brand Partners build a strong foundation by understanding the LifeWave Compensation Plan and developing consistent business-building habits. This 30-Day Action Plan outlines one approach our team uses to work toward the qualifications for 1 Star Director.

Success begins with setting a goal and creating a plan to work toward it. This action plan is designed to help you focus on the qualification requirements for each rank while building your business one step at a time. As you progress, continue supporting and training your team so they understand the LifeWave Compensation Plan, qualification requirements, and the importance of serving customers while building their businesses. Every Brand Partner’s experience is unique, and individual results will vary.

First 48 Hours

Once you’ve set a goal to qualify as a 1 Star Manager, begin by completing the applicable qualification requirements. Purchase 300 PV or an Advanced Package or higher, be enroll in a 2-sleeve subscription, and enroll one qualified Brand Partner on your left and one on your right, each with 300 PV or an Advanced Package and on a 1-sleeve subscription or more.

Brand Partners who meet and maintain all applicable qualification requirements may become eligible for the LifeWave Business Launch Bonus in accordance with the LifeWave Compensation Plan.


Become 1 Star Manager 

First Week 

After setting your goal to qualify as a 2 Star Manager, continue building your business by completing the applicable qualification requirements and personally enrolling additional qualified Brand Partners.

As you grow, support your team by helping them understand the qualification requirements for 1 Star and 2 Star Manager. Encourage each Brand Partner to choose the enrollment package and subscription option that best fits their individual goals and circumstances.

Eligible Brand Partners who satisfy all applicable qualification requirements may qualify for additional Business Launch Bonus payments as outlined in the LifeWave Compensation Plan.

Become 2 Star Manager

First 14 Days

As you continue building your business, your next milestone is qualifying as a 3 Star Manager by meeting the applicable requirements outlined in the LifeWave Compensation Plan.

The THIS IS IT Team strategy is simple. Since you already have two personally enrolled Brand Partners on your left and two on your right from qualifying as a 2 Star Manager, your goal is to personally enroll three additional qualified Brand Partners on each side. This gives you a total of five personally enrolled Brand Partners on both your left and right teams, each with 300 PV or an Advanced Package and at least a 1-sleeve subscription.

Brand Partners who meet the qualification requirements for 3 Star Manager may become eligible to participate in the Binary Bonus and other compensation available under the official LifeWave Compensation Plan.

Become 3 Star Manager

First 30 Days

Once you’ve set your goal to qualify as a 1 Star Director, continue focusing on the applicable qualification requirements while supporting your team as they work toward their own business goals.

Eligible Brand Partners who satisfy all qualification requirements for 1 Star Director may become eligible for the applicable Breakthrough Bonus and other compensation available under the LifeWave Compensation Plan.
