90 DAY RUN

The THIS IS IT Team 90-Day Run is designed to help you build momentum through consistent daily activity, simple systems, and team accountability. Combined with the PRO Strategy, it provides a clear roadmap for developing the habits, confidence, and leadership skills needed to build your LifeWave business. Individual results will vary based on factors such as effort, experience, and market conditions.

First 48 Hours

Set your business up for a strong start by setting the goal to become 1 Star Manager during your first 48 hours. To qualify, purchase 300 PV or upgrade to an Advanced Package or higher, and enroll in a 2-sleeve subscription. Then enroll one Brand Partner on your left and one on your right, each with 300 PV or an Advanced Package and at least a 1-sleeve subscription. Meeting these qualifications also makes you eligible for the Business Launch Bonus of $25 per week for up to 8 weeks, provided you continue to meet the program requirements.

Taking action early helps establish productive business habits and demonstrates leadership by example. As your new Brand Partners learn and follow the same process, you’ll create a consistent training experience that supports duplication across your organization.

Encourage new Brand Partners to start with an Advanced Package or higher and a 2-sleeve subscription so they are fully qualified to participate in the available programs and incentives under the LifeWave Compensation Plan. Product purchases and subscription selections should always reflect each individual’s personal goals and business objectives.

Become 1 Star Manager

First Week

Your second goal to set for yourself is to become a 2 Star Manager during your first week. To qualify, purchase 300 PV or enroll with an Advanced Package or higher, maintain a 2-sleeve subscription, and enroll an additional Brand Partner on your left and an additional Brand Partner on your right, each with 300 PV or an Advanced Package and a 1-sleeve subscription or higher.

Meeting these qualification requirements may make you eligible for the Business Launch Bonus of up to $50 per week for up to eight weeks, provided you continue to meet the applicable qualification requirements under the LifeWave Compensation Plan.Duplicate this step and help others achieve the 2 Star Manager rank.

Become 2 Star Manager

First 14 Days

Your third goal you should set is to become 3 Star Manager. The 3 Star Manager rank potentially qualifies you to earn income from the LifeWave Binary Bonus. Be an Advanced Package Brand Partner or above, or have 300 PV lifetime volume on a 2-sleeve subscription. Enroll five personal Brand Partners on your left and right teams all on an Advanced Package or above, or 300 PV lifetime volume on a 1-sleeve subscription.

Become 3 Star Manager

First 30 Days

Your fourth goal is to work toward qualifying as a 1-Star Director. By achieving this rank and meeting the current LifeWave Compensation Plan requirements, you may be eligible for the $500 Breakthrough Incentive Bonus.
To follow the THIS IS IT 1-Star Director Strategy, build toward 5,000 qualified downline volume by qualifying on an Advanced Package or above, or by having 300 PV lifetime volume on a 2-sleeve subscription.

As you build your organization, enroll five personal Brand Partners across your left and right teams on an Advanced Package or above, or with 300 PV lifetime volume on a 1-sleeve subscription. Register those who simply want to use X39 as customers.

Next, help one personally enrolled Brand Partner work toward 2-Star Manager and one Brand Partner on the opposite team work toward 1-Star Manager, each qualifying on an Advanced Package or above, or with 300 PV lifetime volume on a 1-sleeve subscription.

As you build, educate your personally enrolled Brand Partners about the benefits of upgrading to a Premium package Those who simply want to use X39 should be enrolled as customers.

First 60 Days

Your fifth goal is to qualify as a 2-Star Director by following the THIS IS IT 2-Star Director Strategy.
After qualifying as a 1-Star Director, focus on helping one person on your right team qualify as a 1-Star Director and two people on your left team qualify as 3-Star Managers

By following this strategy and meeting the requirements of the current Compensation Plan, you can work twork toward the required 10,000 qualified downline volume10,000 qualified downline volume, with one leg at 2,000 PV and a 2,000 PV binary balance.

As you build, educate your personally enrolled Brand Partners about the benefits of upgrading to a Premium package. Those who simply want to use X39 should be enrolled as customers.

Become 2 Star Director

First 90 Days

Your sixth goal is to work toward the required 20,000 qualified downline volume for 3-Star Director.
After qualifying as a 1-Star Director and putting the recommended structure into practice, focus on helping two personally enrolled Brand Partners work toward 1-Star Director on your left team and two personally enrolled Brand Partners work toward 1-Star Director on your right team.

By following this strategy and meeting the requirements of the current LifeWave Compensation Plan, you can work toward generating 20,000 qualified downline volume, the volume requirement for qualifying as a 3-Star Director.

Developing depth within your Personal Organization is a key leadership strategy. for supporting the long-term development of your LifeWave business. As your team grows, focus on mentoring Brand Partners who are actively engaged and interested in developing their own businesses.

As you identify individuals who want to build their business, work alongside them as they learn the fundamentals, build their skills, and pursue their goals. Providing consistent mentorship, education, and support throughout your organization helps create a collaborative learning environment and encourages leadership development at every level.
One of your key responsibilities is to help new Brand Partners get started with the available training, resources, and support. Rather than assuming they know what to do, take time to guide them through the onboarding process, answer questions, and encourage participation in team training and events

As your organization develops, continue identifying and developing emerging leaders within each enrollment leg. Developing multiple leaders can help strengthen communication, encourage collaboration, and create additional opportunities for learning and support throughout your team.

Identify individuals who demonstrate initiative, consistency, and a desire to learn. These are the people who may emerge as future leaders over time. Invest in their development by providing mentorship, encouraging participation in team trainings, and helping them build confidence through education and experience.

Leadership is not about doing everything yourself—it’s about empowering others to grow. Teach new Brand Partners how to use the available tools, follow proven business practices, and develop the skills needed to build their own independent businesses. As they gain confidence, encourage them to mentor others and share what they’ve learned.
